Apologies Rc, I forgot to mention that you are only one win away from top 2 place in table and with 540 available points left to win this season - why not?

I suspect all the rest of us our out of the running, so good luck to the top three players, sadly one will miss out on that money pot.

Not sure I'd rule Traeth out just yet. 115pts away from the top 2, with two more rounds of games to be played, it's not completely out of the question.

    Mathematically YES but realistically No.
There are only 14 games left for season and Traeth would require 125 extra points from Best Guess to tie with him = 4 wins plus winning Bonus.
Mission impossible unless of course Traeth is a member of SAS.

There are 20 games left Tom - IKTS havent even got next Sundays fixtures on the website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive sent them an email ask whats going on - no reply yet.

Week 33 should start tonight and finish with Wednesdays games and week 34 should be next Sundays final 10 games, they have split the 10 games starting tgt and finishing next Wednesday into weeks 33 and 34 and dont even have a week 35 which would be next Sundays games.

It's actually 21 games. I don't know why tonight's game has been counted as the start of a new round rather than the end of the round that's just finished - West Ham and Watford are the only 2 teams still on 35 games. Tonight is their 36th game, and after that, every team's got 2 games left.

In 2 full rounds of fixtures (plus tonight's extra game), a gain of 60pts per round of matches for Traeth against Bestguess isn't out of the question. Unlikely, maybe, but certainly not impossible. Not least because the fixtures are spread across 3 gameweeks, meaning 3 bonus chips available. Couple of correct scores on a bonus chip would make things interesting.

I've not given up hope of catching Howson either :wasnme

There you go, a 90-pointer from Traeth, he's right in contention now.

    Great pick Traeth:clap
In hindsight West Ham at home makes sense.

Who'd have thought at this stage of the season most of us will probably be on Burnley away:lol

One of my golden rules is never put my banker bonus on an away team, this is how fcuked up this season is.

West Ham seemed the obvious choice of banker to me, didn't manage a correct score, did get the right margin of victory though so for now I should be above Bestguess and into 2nd.

Guess I should be cheering on Norwich tomorrow in that case :lol

On paper it looked the obvious choice but with both teams needing the points I thought it would have been a lot closer than it ended up, it's one of those where you don't know would they both settle for a point.

On the other hand Norwich are relegated and I don't think have won a point since the restart whilst Burnley at the moment are one of the form teams with an outside shot at a European place.

the other two fixtures look a bit too close to call so I'd say yes most folk not on West Ham will probably be on Burnley.

Don't know, personally I'd say the Burnley game is as difficult to call as the other 2. Pressure's off Norwich now, although with no fans allowed in the ground, it's not like you can have the usual logic of them wanting to put in a decent performance for the fans.

Brave player that puts their banker chip on Burnley tomorrow, I reckon :wasnme

Foolish boy that I am, the West Ham game was the last GW match on another prediction competition I'm also in.
I've therefore not entered my forecasts for the other three matches thus far.
Reading the comments and looking at the fixtures I wish I had.
I can see another minus score appearing against my name on Sunday night.

    Oh for heaven's sake.
Predictor has now amalgamated their next two game weeks onto one GW.
Some might consider changing their Bonus or Insurance chips.

Thanks for the heads up TOM.

I've got to leave it on now as I know what will happen if I change it.

    Reply from IKTS director:

    "Hey Tom,

Thanks for the heads-up. It been a nightmare with our fixtures feed supplier.

    Let’s hope it goes ok!

    Fingers crossed for Arsenal today!!!

    Regards,

    Jeremy"

You'll notice we are both Arsenal supporters - well okay they are now my second team after FGR.
