11.15 Scottsville - TWICE OVER SATIN - Slow away and green on debut, so all in all not a bed effort to get within 5 Lengths. Certainly should improve at 10's.

11.50 Scottsville - DOUBLE DELUXE - One of the more exposed of these and up against a lot of newcomers / potential improvers. Did seem to be getting the hang of things on 4th run however and certainly well enough bred at 25's.

1.00 Scottsville - CLARA and POWER PITCH - Pair of lively " rags " both at 50's.

1.35 Scottsville - MY MAJESTIC GLORY - Much better suited by today's company and does seem to like it here at 10's.

3.10 Scottsville - NIKIYA - Has shaped with promise since winning her maiden and the handicapper has quickly eased her mark. Back off a break, but still some appeal at 33's.

12.30 Thurles - EDELWEIS DE L'AUBE - Only 4 of the 13 runners are in single figures and EDL has shown promise to date and for me, is the most likely of the " rags " at 50's

2.05 Warwick - ONEIDA TRIBE - Odd piece of form makes this one interesting at 50's.

3.45 Warwick - NET D'ECOSSE - Some fair form under rules over in Ireland, but not much in Points for current trainer. Shade better last time however and plenty in this field look set for a struggle, so don't mind risking this one at 33's.

5.15 Newcastle - STARLIGHT ROMANCE - Huge drifter on AW debut and can partially see why, but 28's is just too big.

5.45 Kempton - TULLOONA at 25's

Joined you in the 7.15 Punt, but also gone with ESSPEEGEE at a big looking 66's.

11.15 Vaal - PHOENIX SUN - Stable 2nd string and after four tries, is looking a bit of a " short runner " Has had a double figure draw in all starts to date though, but today has bagged the 4 stall, so could not rule out at 50's.

11.50 Vaal - ROCK ME POKEY - Poor last two runs after fair debut, but can improve with the addition of headgear at 33's.

12.25 Vaal - PIUS OIL - Better than last run and S'manga Khumalo takes over the ride. Easiest assignment in a while as well and coming down the weights, so could easily surprise at 16's.

1.00 Vaal - CAPTAIN'S CAUSEWAY - Sean Tarry 2nd string, but very capable at this level and not as much to find at the weights as 16/1 suggests.

2.25 Gowran Park - SWEET HOME CHICAGO - Decent staying sort and EW chance at 16's.

3.00 Gowran Park - VALSEUR LIDO - Time may just be catching up with him, but still willing to take a chance at 33's.

4.55 Chelmsford - HANBURY DREAMS - Improved 2nd start and whilst needs more, not sure 80's should be available.

5.25 Chelmsford - LOS CAMACHOS - Another stable 2nd string on the day, but fair effort latest and has been gelded since that run. Interesting EW shout at 25's.

4.15 Newcastle - ZOOM OUT - Quite nicely bred debutante at 50's.

4.20 Huntingdon - I'M BRITISH - Has shown a bit to date and makes debut for the Cantillon yard today at 33's.

5.45 Newcastle - FORTUNATE MOVE - Related to a few winners and the stable can get one ready at 10's.

6.30 Dundalk - FILM NOIR - Improved 3rd effort and makes handicap bow off a reasonable looking mark. Possible big improver at 25's.

7.00 Dundalk - LIBRA'S POWER - Better on 2nd start and whilst needs to improve again, could easily do so at 11's.

5.35 Greyville - FLAMING DESIRE - On a fair looking mark and every chance on best form at 16's.

7.10 Greyville - DALE HOUSE - Decent Polytrack sort and should be fully fit on 3rd run back off a break. Strong EW contender at 10's.

10.50 Turffontein - KOHALA BAY - Does possess speed and whilst first 2 runs suggest this one is a no hoper, the combination of dropping in trip and better ground gives him a mere squeak at 100's.

11.30 Turffontein - FAIRBANKS and THE RUSSIAN SOLDIER - Pretty much just looking to oppose the odds on and gone with this pair at 16's and 33's respectively. Currently an 8 runner contest so a pretty good race to have a bet in.

1.47 Turffontein - ARTEMISIA - Better than recent efforts suggest and slipped to a nice mark. Probably deserves to be the outsider of the field, but not sure he should be 50's.

7.45 Chelmsford - LORD RIGBY - Two of the nine runners on the drift and five of the field are " rags. " Tough to know what to make of the market overall and going with the outsider that I feel is the most likely at 100's.
