11.20 Greyville - ARDENNE - Bit of a step back on 2nd start, but debut was decent and is one of the two horses with experience of running down the straight. Not convinced the early 20's will hold and for me, should be nearer 10's

11.55 Greyville - KILDONAN PRINCE - Fair enough debut considering the major drift and slow start. Could be a major improver at 16's.

12.30 Greyville - ROY'S FLASH - Improved on 2nd start and bred to come on again today at 10's.

3.25 Greyville - TRUMPS TRIUMPH - Brings fair form from the Highveld and probably does not have too much to find at 11's.

1.20 Naas - ART OF AMERICA - Not the worst effort on 2nd hurdling start and to me looks the most likely of the " rags " at 66's.

4.00 Fontwell - PRESENT DESTINY at 33's

6.55 Wolverhampton - CHEAP JACK - Poor last time on fibresand, but had shown a bit in 3 runs prior to that. Back to the tapeta today and upped in trip for handicap debut, so could not rule out at 50's.

2.50 Down Royal - Going with 3 in the Maiden Hurdle -

3.15 Scottsville - THATS LIFE and WENDYLLE - Pair of 10/1 shots, both with EW Chances

4.20 Lingfield - HORNBY - Looks potentially well handicapped at 40's.

6.15 Wolverhampton - OENAPHILE - Not a lot for Andrew Balding and not a natural so far over hurdles. Did manage a 3rd at Ludlow last time, so at least switching back to the flat with a bit of form to his name. Does not look the strongest race for the grade and can give this one an EW squeak at 50's

Just a Placepot / Jackpot for me at Southwell and its a workriders only card over in South Africa, so hopefully a bit of potential for decent money from just small stakes -

11.45 Vaal - CATEGORY FOUR - Has only hinted at ability, but is nicely bred and has the services of one of the better jockeys, so probably should not be the early 66's.

12.10 Vaal - THE RUSSIAN SAILOR and PORTABELLO ROAD - TRS was slowly away on first 2 starts, but seems to have overcome that issue. 3rd and 4th starts actually read quite well, so definite place chance at 20's. PR was too bad to be true on debut and simply has to show more today at 66's.

1.40 Vaal - CARDINAL ONE - Much improved last time and can improve again at 10's.

2.20 Vaal - STRAWBERRY MIST - Bit of work to do officially, but is better than last time suggests and best efforts have been at the course. Step up in trip looks well worth a shot and could easily out - run her price of 33's

11.10 Vaal - VIJETA and OLD OAK - Just sneaking in a quick bet on this race, with this pair at 33's and 80's respectively.

3.40 Greyville - SUZI WOO and NETANYA - Both available at 14's

4.10 Greyville - MIESQUE SUNRISE - Was expecting a single figure price, so definitely a player ay 14's

6.05 Greyville - GREYBURG - Couple of moderate efforts out of the maidens, but handicapper gives him a break and decent claimer booked at 33's

5.15 Newcastle - KODI DREAM at 10's

6.45 Newcastle - OROBAS at 20's

7.15 Newcastle - OPERA KISS at 12's

5.45 Kempton - LYSANDER BELLE - Not a lot recently, but potentially on a very nice mark at 50's. 8 runners, so a good race for an EW bet and 40/1 for the 4 places.

6.15 Kempton - SOMETHING BLOND - Once raced and a possible improver for the Botti yard who do well with such animals at 40's.

12.10 Greyville - TOUR OF DUTY - Poor effort on yielding ground last time, but could be a different proposition over sprints on this surface today. Has tumbled in the ratings recently and could upset matters at 16's.

12.45 Greyville - ELEGANT GENERAL - Just fair efforts lately, but well below last winning mark and did win on his previous run in a 0-64 handicap. May just be better over 5f, but still happy taking a chance at 12's.

3.05 Greyville - LINNGER LONGER - Poor effort last time, but generally consistent prior to that and the drop back to 7f will suit. Good 9lb claimer booked and maybe a shade over - priced at 11's.

2.30 Flamingo Park - TALL MO - Better than last run suggest and 10 week break will have helped. Bit surprised by the early 12's on offer.
