11.15 Kenilworth - VOICE OF REASON and DANCING SWORD - TEA FOR TWO maybe the more sensible option at 6's, but going with these 2 unraced sorts instead. VOR represents a top trainer who can get one ready and DS is the stablemate of the hot favourite, but also appeals on breeding. Don't mind taking a chance on this pair at 20's and 50's respectively.

11.30 Turffontein - ELEMENTARY - Has made the trip over from KwaZulu Natal and plenty to like about his debut when making good late progress on debut over at Greyville. Trainer is quite a shrewd operator and should certainly improve at 50's.

12.30 Turffontein - ROYAL CITY - Martin Dwyer rides and this one was very unlucky in latest. Looks a runner on penultimate effort at 12's.

1.50 Turffontein - MOUNT KEITH - Dwyer again and this one has been in fair recent form and has won at the track before. Should be thereabouts at 12's.

2.28 Turffontein - PALACE GREEN - Rab Havlin on this one and do think the first time blinkers can eke out the extra needed at 10's.

12.15 Kenilworth - POSSIBILITY - Has " possibilities " at 20's

11.40 Greyville - ARMENGNAC - Looks safely held, but some improvement on 2nd start and Dune Dance who finished behind her that day has come out and won since. Hoping this one can do something similar at 50's.

1.25 Greyville - ELITE STATUS - Consistent without winning, but decent chance at the weights and the early 16's looks big to me.

12.15 Cork - MR LOMBARDI and MASTER ARTIST - Pair of interesting newcomers, both at 33's in this big field event.

2.15 Punchestown - MR HENDRICKS - Nicely bred Point winner, who looks interesting on hurdle debut at 10's.

2.35 Cork - HALSAFARI - 116 Rated hurdler, who has shown a bit in both chases to date. Early 20's is gone and now down to 12's.

3.50 Punchestown - KNOT ON TIME - Promising debut and whilst needing a fair bit more today, happy taking the chance at 25's.

4.15 Southwell - MERYEMS WAY - Bit better last time and looks an interesting Irish raider at 16's.

5.45 Southwell - GOOD EARTH - Finally gets a shot at a nursery and form looks fair enough at 14's.

6.15 Southwell - SIX TILL TWELVE - Better on 2nd start, though does need more today. Not a great deal of depth in the race however, so happy with this one at 66's.

6.45 Southwell - PRINCESS HARLEY - Hoping a return to the fibresand can spark something at 33's.

7.45 Southwell - RESHAAN and EBONY BELLE - Both available at 28's

3.35 Turffontein - SAMBA WITH SUZIE - Back on the turf for course debut and looks weighted to make a challenge at 20's.

5.15 Chelmsford - PRAIRIE MOPPINS at 16's.

6.15 Chelmsford - SQUELCH at 16's.

7.15 Chelmsford - KONIGIN at 14's

11.10 Vaal - UP EARLY - Stable 2nd string ( to the short priced FAV ) but nicely enough bred and don't see the early 50's lasting.

12.10 Vaal - BRIDESMAID BLUES - Every chance based on debut effort, but not re - produced that since. Still think the 66's is too big, but clearly comes with risks attached.

12.50 Vaal - PASCHALS SAMORE - Thinking this one may try to make all at 33's

3.15 Vaal - BOSPHORUS - Better going right handed and bit better last time here. Early 33's looks generous to me.

11.10 - Just added FAST DRAW at 20's

Beaten far enough, but did run on for 3rd. Could be one for the notebook and probably worth taking ROYAL TIGER out the race aswell, as this one looked lost, before running on nicely

11.40 Vaal - ZIG ZAG and WHARRA WHARRA - Got a notebook horse here in the shape of LADY SCARLETINA, but others clearly noted this one as she is 9/4. ZZ looks nicely bred on debut and is 16's. WW should improve on debut effort at 33's

WW mugged on the line at a drifting 50's.

12.50 Vaal - Adding SUPERFINE at 22's and CRAZY DOT COM at 50's

2.00 Thurles - COOL DOVE - Should stay, but just a nagging doubt in this sort of company. 12's looks a fair price.

2.30 Thurles - MINELLA UNITED - Needs to eke out a bit more, but step up in trip could do the trick at 11's.

8.00 Chelmsford - SUPERSEEDED - No better than 8th recently, so the cheekpieces will need to work. If they do the trick, then is weighted to take advantage at 14's.
