    Just a quicky as it starts fairly soon - in about 5 mins infact.

    I can see a fair bit of value in Hagino though. He had an absolutely terrible start in the semi and still made it through after a decent comeback, and Phelps and Lochte don't look invincible(particularly with a tired looking Lochte just losing the backstroke.)

    He's 400/1+ on Betfair, worth a few quid for me(10/1 e/w for a medal too).

    Of course he could easily get an even worse start in the final...which he did.

    The swimming has been pretty tough all through these games Beanie.

    On another note I've been seeing plenty of red caps in the finals and keep expecting one to come good but it's just not happening, hopefully tomorrow Adlington will do the business but I'm not holding my breath.
